Pim Gerritsen van der Hoop
Pim is a Director with the Deloitte Global Transfer Pricing Group who joined Deloitte on January 1, 2007 as a transfer pricing and Advance Pricing Agreement specialist.
Pim worked in the transfer pricing team (APA-/ATR-team) of the Dutch Tax Authorities for more than 16 years and therefore has an extensive experience with the expectations of the Dutch and foreign tax authorities and the formal aspects of Dutch tax law.
During his time with Deloitte Pim has been involved in multiple group financing and group licensing APA procedures, informal capital arrangements and restructuring projects. He also has been involved in meetings and negotiations with the tax authorities on transfer pricing issues, as well as on Mutual Agreement Procedures.
In his specialty area he has worked with multinationals throughout Europe, the USA and other countries.
Pim studied fiscal law at the University of Leiden, Forensic Accountancy at Nyenrode University and holds a degree as a fiscal lawyer.
Since 2007, Pim has (co-)written several articles and columns, that were published in journals outside the Netherlands.
